Yes we do. We have a huge inventory of audio visual equipment, regularly renewed and maintained in our Central London warehouse. You are more than welcome to pop in and see us.

We need your details: Name, Company Name, Phone Number and Email Address. Event Details: Venue, Event Date, Timings, No of attendees.If we can get the above information, then we can provide a detailed quote. If you do not have all of the above information, we can still provide a quotation, but will need the remaining information prior to the event.

Not a problem. You do not have to know specific Audio Visual equipment needed. Our account manager will advise and provide a quote with the correct equipment for your event.

Off course. We understand the complex nature of events and make sure we are flexible in the service we provide.

If rehearsals are needed, please let your account manager know at the time of the booking. We will work around your schedule to ensure adequate time for rehearsal is available.

Yes you can. At the time of booking we will advise if we feel a technician should stay for the event.

Absolutely. We will delivery, setup and make sure you are happy before our team leaves the venue.

Yes we can. Speak to our Business Development Manager, Nick Farmer who will be able to assist.

Our crew will be smart and dressed in black. If you need a particular dress code, do let us know.

Absolutely. We regularly create bespoke conference sets for a host of clients. Incorporating your company colours, we can create fantastic sets for your event. There is also a large selection of finishes to choose from, such as canvas, PVC and vinyl.

It all depends on the event, and equipment needed. Your account manager will advise on this. If a site visit is necessary, then these are provided free of charge.

Yes we can. Please discuss with your account manager.

We operate standard industry terms of business. These will be provided with our quotations.

We can arrange this for you. We stock generators and silent power inverters which we use for power. Also some of our lighting is battery powered. Speak to your account manager who can advise.

Our office is open 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Our audio visual technical teams work around the clock depending on the events we have on. We also operate a 24 hour support line for emergencies.

Yes we do. VAT is broken down within our quotes. If you have VAT exemption, please forward us the relevant documents, and we will remove the VAT from your order.

Our standard terms for account customers are 30 days from invoice. If we have not worked with you before, then a payment prior to the event may be required. Speak to your account manager.

Yes we do. We regularly do events all over the UK from Oldham to Cornwall. We also do several events every year in Europe.
